В третьем запуске maib предлагает широкий спектр областей для стажировок: UI / UX дизайн, QA Automation Engineer, iOS/Android Developer, асистент Agile Coach, менеджер по внешним коммуникациям, контент менеджер, специалист по оценке активов, эксперт по работе с клиентами, бухгалтер-аналитик, специалист по взысканию долгов, менеджер по продажам B2B.

Следующий этап, полный испытаний — отборочный конкурс, который пройдет с 18 сентября по 2 октября. Будут отобраны самые креативные и смелые кандидаты, которые внесут значительный вклад в нашу команду.
3 октября будут объявлены финалисты – самые перспективные студенты, у которых будет возможность доказать свои навыки и поработать вместе с командой maib с 9 октября 2023 года по 9 марта 2024 года. Да, ты все правильно понял! 6-месячный опыт, наполненный учебой и профессиональным роста, где у тебя будет возможность работать в разных отделах maib и получать наставничество от лучших профессионалов.
На этом приключения не заканчиваются! С 1 декабря 2023 г. и до 1 марта 2024 г. участники программы стажировок maib получат возможность поработать в команде и участвовать в групповых проектах, нацеленных на разработку инновационного продукта или услуги в банковской сфере. Лучший проект будет представлен руководству maib и возможности реализации будут детально оценены.
Чтобы поддержать этот путь профессионального развития, каждый стажер будет получать ежемесячную стипендию и бесплатную банковскую карту.
Программа стажировки будет проходить в подразделениях maib в Кишинэу, предлагая профессиональную обстановку и возможность общения с банковскими экспертами.

Maib anunță lansarea înscrierilor pentru cea de-a treia ediție a programului de internship, o oportunitate excepțională pentru studenții talentați și ambițioși de a-și dezvolta abilitățile profesionale și de a obține experiență practică într-un mediu bancar dinamic și o companie agile.
În cea de-a treia ediție, maib oferă un spectru larg de domenii pentru internship, care includ UI/UX designer, QA Automation Engineer, iOS/Android Developer, asistent Agile Coach, manager comunicare externă, content manager, specialist evaluare bunuri, expert customer experience, contabil analist, expert colectare datorii, manager vânzări B2B.

Începând cu 1 august și până la 30 septembrie este deschisă perioada de înscriere! Așadar, dacă ești un student pasionat și dornic să-ți dezvolți abilitățile în domeniul bancar, te încurajăm să te înscrii în programul maib de internship aici.
Urmează o etapă plină de provocări – concursul de selecție, care se va desfășura în perioada 18 septembrie – 2 octombrie. Vor fi selectați cei mai creativi și inovatori candidați, cei care să-și aducă un aport semnificativ în echipa noastră.
Pe 3 octombrie, vor fi desemnați finaliștii – cei mai promițători studenți care vor avea oportunitatea de a-și dovedi abilitățile și de a lucra împreună cu echipa maib în perioada 9 octombrie 2023 – 9 martie 2024. Da, ai auzit bine! O experiență de 6 luni, plină de învățare și creștere profesională, în care vei avea ocazia să lucrezi în diferite departamente maib și să fii mentorat de profesioniști de top.
Însă aventura nu se oprește aici! Începând cu 1 decembrie 2023 și până la 1 martie 2024 participanții în programul maib de internship vor avea ocazia să lucreze în echipă și să se implice în proiecte de grup, cu accent pe dezvoltarea unui produs sau serviciu inovator în domeniul bancar. Cel mai bun proiect va fi prezentat managementului maib, iar posibilitățile de implementare vor fi evaluate în detaliu.
Și pentru a susține această călătorie de dezvoltare profesională, fiecare stagiar va beneficia de o bursă lunară. De asemenea, va primi gratuit un card bancar.
Stagiile de internship vor avea loc în locațiile maib din Chișinău, oferind un cadru profesional și oportunitatea de a interacționa cu experți din domeniul bancar.

Next is a challenging stage – the selection competition, which will run from September 18 to October 2. The most creative and innovative candidates will be selected who can significantly contribute to our team.
On October 3, the finalists – the most ambitious students who will have the opportunity to prove their skills and work with the maib team from October 9, 2023 to March 9, 2024 – will be announced. Yes, you heard right! It follows a 6-month experience full of learning and professional growth where you will have the opportunity to work in different maib departments and be mentored by top professionals.
However, the adventure doesn’t stop there! Between December 1, 2023, and March 1, 2024, the participants in the maib internship program will have the opportunity to work in teams and get involved in group projects, focusing on developing an innovative product or service in banking. The best project will be presented to maib management, and the implementation possibilities will be evaluated in detail.
In addition, to support this professional development journey, each trainee will receive a monthly scholarship. They will also receive a free bank card.
The internships will take place in maib locations in Chișinau, providing a professional environment and the opportunity to interact with experts in banking.
