Седьмой год подряд два студента или магистранта юридического факультета на основе конкурса эссе получат академическую стипендию, которая покрывает плату за обучение в 2022-2023 учебном году. Помимо этого, Gladei & Partners предлагает месячную профессиональную стажировку в их бюро. Юридический факультет Государственного университета Молдовы (USM) является академическим партнером проекта.

В конкурсе могут участвовать студенты четвертого курса бакалавриата или магистратуры Юридического факультета любого вуза Молдовы, дневной формы обучения, на основе контракта или бюджетного финансирования. Анкета должна включать:
- Резюме.
- Сочинение на румынском языке на тему «Plafonarea dobânzii în contractele de credit: (cum) împăcăm capra cu varza?».
Правила оформления: макс. 2 страницы, шрифт Times New Roman 12, интервал 1,1, Гарвардский стиль цитирования.

Отбор финалистов будет осуществляться на основе эссе. Кандидаты с лучшими сочинениями будут приглашены 8 октября в 12:00 для презентации перед Оценочной комиссией. Встреча состоится в здании Юридического факультет USM (учебный блок № 2). В состав комиссии войдут представители юридической компании Gladei & Partners, а также Юридического факультета USM. У кандидатов будет 10 минут, чтобы представить эссе, после чего они ответят на вопросы членов комиссии.

Maib și Biroul de avocați Gladei și Partenerii continuă să susțină meritocrația, talentul și diligența. Pentru al șaptelea an consecutiv, în baza unui concurs de eseuri, doi studenți sau masteranzi ai Facultății Drept vor beneficia de câte o bursă academică, în mărimea taxei de studii pentru anul academic 2022-2023. În plus, Gladei și Partenerii oferă un stagiu profesional de o lună în cadrul biroului. Facultatea de Drept a Universității de Stat din Moldova (USM) este partenerul academic al proiectului.

În cadrul concursului pot participa studenții anului IV de la ciclul licență sau masteranzii din cadrul facultății de drept a oricărei universități din Moldova, cu frecvența la zi, în bază de contract sau finanțare bugetară. Dosarul de participare trebuie să includă:
- CV-ul.
- Un eseu în limba română pe tema „Plafonarea dobânzii în contractele de credit: (cum) împăcăm capra cu varza?”.
Reguli de redactare: max. 2 pagini, Times New Roman 12, spațiere 1.1, se va utiliza stilul de citare Harvard.
Dosarele de participare pot fi expediate online la adresa [email protected] până pe 2 octombrie 2022.
Selectarea finaliștilor va avea loc în baza eseului. Candidații cu cele mai bune eseuri vor fi invitați pe 8 octombrie, ora 12:00, în incinta Facultății de Drept a USM (blocul de studii nr.2), pentru a le prezenta în fața Comisiei de evaluare din care vor face parte reprezentanții Biroului de avocați Gladei și Partenerii, maib și ai Facultății de Drept a USM. Candidații vor avea la dispoziție 10 minute pentru a prezenta eseul, după care vor răspunde la întrebările membrilor comisiei.

For the seventh consecutive year, based on an essay competition, two students or postgraduate students of the Faculty of Law will each have the opportunity to receive an academic scholarship in the amount of the tuition fee for the academic year 2022-2023. In addition, Gladei&Partners offer a one-month professional internship within the office. The Faculty of Law of the State University of Moldova (USM) is the academic partner of the project.

In the contest, senior-year undergraduate or postgraduate’s students from the Law Faculty of any university in Moldova can participate, with full time attendance, based on a contract or budget funding. The participation file must include:
- The CV
- An essay in Romanian on “Capping interest in credit agreements: (how) to hold with the hare and run with the hounds?”
Drafting rules: max. 2 pages, Times New Roman 12, 1.1 spacing, Harvard citation style will be used.
Participation files can be sent online to [email protected] until October 2, 2022.
The selection of finalists will be based on the essay. Candidates with the best essays will be invited on October 8, at 12:00, at the USM Faculty of Law (study building no.2), to present them in front of the Evaluation Committee, which will include representatives of the Glade&Partners Office, maib, but also from the Faculty of Law of the USM. Candidates will have 10 minutes to present the essay, after which they will answer questions from the committee members.
