Сrate digging -  термин пришедший из Hip-Hop культуры, состоит из двух слов "ящики" и "копать", означает процесс поиска в магазинах пластинок старых малоизвестных, но крутых записей. Этим же термином называется поиск семплов  в сети. Пример употребления: "Im going crate digging to make this new track".
