Мы вместе: maib запустил чат-бот maib4UA для украинских беженцев

Клиентоориентированность, сочувствие и поддержка клиентов, всегда и везде — качества, которые характеризуют бренд maib.

Банк стал первым молдавским финансовым учреждением, который объявил о поддержке украинским гражданам, бежавшим от войны. В частности, maib предоставил льготный доступ к банковским продуктам и сервисам, а также сделал значительные пожертвования в Фонд поддержки беженцев (по состоянию на апрель было переведено около 2,4 млн леев).

Усилия по поддержке украинских беженцев, находящихся в Республике Молдова, продолжаются. Сегодня maib объявил о запуске чат-бота mab4UA.

Новый чат-бот будет полезен украинцам, которые получили от UNHCR платежные карты, эмитированные maib.

Чтобы получить доступ к maib4UA, нужно выполнить несколько простых шагов:

1) Открыть Viber или Telegram из своего смартфона. В поле поиска ввести название канала - maib4UA или отсканировать один из нижеуказанных QR-кодов:

2) нажать кнопку Старт.

В чат-боте доступны еще два сервиса (кнопки) для беженцев:

  • FAQ - содержит подробные ответы на часто задаваемые вопросы, касающиеся банковских карт от UNHCR и услуг maib;
  • LiveChat - прямая связь с консультантом Contact Center maib, который окажет необходимую поддержку с понедельника по пятницу с 8:00 до 20:00 и в субботу с 9:00 до 19:00.

Чат-бот maib4UA является частью группы сервисов maib 365, в которую также входят приложение maibank, internet banking, электронные услуги в банкоматах maib, сеть терминалов самообслуживания и т.д. Сервисы доступны в любое время, 24/7, 365 дней в году.

Pentru a accesa chatbotul maib4UA, e necesar de parcurs câțiva pași simpli:

1) de accesat platforma de mesagerie Viber sau Telegram. În câmpul de căutare de introdus denumirea canalului – maib4UA sau de scanat unul din QR coduri:

Tot aici sunt disponibile alte două servicii (butoane) utile pentru refugiați:

  • FAQ conține informații detaliate despre relația clientului cu maib, care sunt legate de cardurile bancare oferite de UNHCR și serviciile maib;
  • Live Chat – legătura directă cu un consultant al Contact Center maib care va oferi asistența necesară de luni până vineri, de la 08:00 până la 20:00 și sâmbătă de la 09:00 până la 19:00.
